What is open gym?
Open Gym is an unstructured time where athletes can come in to practice skills of their choice, explore the equipment, and enjoy free play in a safe and supervised environment. Coaches are present to ensure safety and provide guidance when needed, but this is not a formal class. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to refine skills, build confidence, and have fun with friends

No, you are not required to register for Open Gym! Just drop on in!
